Ensuring that potentially disadvantaged people have the voice, influence, and leadership roles in decision-making spaces is critical to achieve the Government of Bhutan’s goal of universal access to sanitation and hygiene by 2023.

This learning brief presents insights from an SNV baseline survey undertaken in 2019 to inform equitable, universal, and sustainable sanitation and hygiene service delivery in Bhutan.
