The water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sector has long faced challenges in terms of the sustainability of investments and services, and Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6 requires WASH service improvements to be happening at scale. Yet there is growing consensus within the sector that this will only be possible with strong WASH systems to underpin the improvements.

This report documents the approaches and experiences of Agenda for Change members, most of which are international non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
