The UK Department for International Development (DFID) contracted the e-Pact consortium to deliver the Monitoring, Verification and Evaluation (MVE) services for the multi-country WASH Results Programme. This final synthesis report integrates key findings and recommendations from the previous midline evaluation (2016) with the results from the endline evaluation activities conducted from October 2017 to July 2018. The evaluation will be of interest to those working in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and organisations working in a payment by results (PbR) context.
